I am married to Dustin. We have 3 lively but wonderful boys. Jordan 14, Jansen 7, Jarren 3. I am so lucky to be able to stay at home with them. I am just trying to get into running so I am just starting out easy & slow for now!

treadmills are so boring but very convenient! can you watch tv while you run? i think that would help me a lot! it's below zero today so i suppose i'll need to get on the tm myself!
